Boston Consulting group - the westin hotel
For Boston Consulting Group’s first conference in Ireland, we reimagined the ballroom of the Westin Hotel as a garden.
The challenge was to create a live garden complete with waterfall, real foliage and growing trees to act as a backdrop for the event. The biggest challenge was we only got access to the room at 6pm and the entire event had to be ready for 12 midday the following day.
With the help of over 30 crew we managed to lay a new carpet and a create a live garden overnight. One of my favourite events to design and produce. Check out our timelapse video created by our friends at B&G Films who kindly worked through the night with us to capture all the details.
